Terms and Conditions – 357pak Platform Rules

1 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 357pak platform, including the website, mobile application and any related services provided under the 357pak brand. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

357pak reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using 357pak and contact support to close your account.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 357pak.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 357pak you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be an individual person registering on your own behalf – corporate or group registrations are not permitted.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 357pak platform.
• Not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

357pak may request identity verification at any point. This can include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal requests.

3 Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on 357pak. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual – whether through shared device, payment method, IP address or identity documents – 357pak reserves the right to merge, restrict or close the duplicate accounts. Balances from duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 357pak will not ask for your password at any time. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately via the support contact on the platform.

Activity recorded on your account prior to a reported security breach remains the account holder's responsibility. 357pak cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing credentials or failing to maintain account security.

Players are responsible for maintaining accurate personal information on their account. If your contact details, payment method or identity information changes, update your account or contact support promptly.

4 Deposits

All deposits to your 357pak account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as displayed in the cashier section at any given time.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits – where someone else funds your account – are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. VIP members at higher tiers may benefit from increased deposit limits.

357pak does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 357pak are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed. There is no processing fee charged by 357pak on standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documents.
• Any active bonus must have met its associated wagering requirement, or the bonus must be removed before withdrawal.
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or security flags.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Standard requests are handled within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive priority processing. If a withdrawal has not been received after the stated processing window, contact support with your request reference number.

357pak reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard procedure to protect both the player and the platform and does not imply any wrongdoing on the account holder's part.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

357pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and VIP-specific rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the offer at the time it is claimed.

General bonus terms that apply across all 357pak promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Expired bonus offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 20x means you must wager the bonus value twenty times).
• Only specific game types may contribute to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers on events with odds below a specified minimum may not count. Live casino and slots contribution rates may differ – check the specific offer terms.
• A maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings may apply. This limit is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

357pak takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to guarantee a return while meeting wagering requirements, or using scripted play to complete wagering. Where bonus abuse is identified, 357pak reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close the account.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at 357pak are governed by the specific rules for the sport and market in question, which are published in the betting section of the platform. General rules that apply to all sports betting at 357pak include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted and confirmed. Market movements after submission do not affect confirmed bets.
• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or edited by the player, except where a Cash Out option is available and has been offered on that specific market.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the rules for that sport. For cricket, standard settlement rules apply to matches that do not complete a full schedule due to weather or other interruptions.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds – for example, where a price has been published significantly below the market rate due to a technical or human error – 357pak reserves the right to void affected bets and restate correct odds.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet and may vary by account tier.

PSL and international cricket markets are a core part of the 357pak sports offering. Standard cricket settlement rules apply: if a match is reduced in overs due to weather (DLS method applied), bets placed on match winner are settled on the official result. Individual performance markets (top batter, most wickets, etc.) are settled on the basis of balls or overs actually bowled.

8 Casino & Slots

All casino and slots games available at 357pak are supplied by third-party software providers. The game rules, paytables and RTP figures for each title are set by the developer and are as published in the game's help section. 357pak does not modify these settings.

Live casino games are hosted by real dealers in third-party studio environments. All games use certified equipment and dealing procedures. The outcomes of live games are determined in real time and cannot be influenced by either the player or 357pak.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a casino or slots game round, the round outcome is determined by the game server and recorded accordingly. If a disconnection prevents the display of an outcome, the recorded result stands. If a fault in the 357pak system (as opposed to the player's internet connection) causes an incorrect payout, 357pak reserves the right to correct the error.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game. Players should check the game's information section before starting a session. High-roller tables and elevated limits are available to VIP members at qualifying tiers.

9 Responsible Gaming

357pak is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Session reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a gaming session exceeds a duration you have defined.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel gaming is no longer in your control. Contact support to activate self-exclusion. Once applied, it cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.
• Reality checks: In-session prompts that show you how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.

10 Account Termination

You may close your 357pak account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable bonus conditions have been resolved.

357pak reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if:

• There is evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation or collusion with other players.
• The account has been used to circumvent bonus terms or conduct bonus abuse.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same individual are identified.
• There is a reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has previously been self-excluded and has attempted to open a new account during the exclusion period.

Where an account is closed by 357pak for any of the above reasons, the outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. 357pak will communicate the reason for closure and provide an opportunity to respond where legally required to do so.

11 Limitation of Liability

357pak provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or delays at all times.

357pak is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player's own betting decisions.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network failures, device issues or third-party provider outages.
• The accuracy of third-party odds data, statistics or live score feeds displayed on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by a player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

In all cases where 357pak is found to be liable for a failure of service, our liability is limited to the return of the specific stakes or deposits affected by that failure and does not extend to indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

12 Changes to These Terms

357pak may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page. We will also aim to notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification where practical.

It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to arrange account closure.
